backbone ache

i dunno is it because of weather or is it because of me getting older as i have been having backache nowadays.. especially at the moment when i lie on my bed, the soreness come at one go and i actually got to lie on one side.. sigh..
perhaps, i got to go for backbone checkup or maybe start exercising before i really do get 'old' at this age, AT THE AGE OF 17! omy.. perhaps, i can go and sign up for world record of able to break the record of being the 'oldest' teens among my age! hehes.... :P
